Our mission is to manage receivables efficiently, ensure timely payments, and minimize credit risk. We aim to maintain positive customer relationships and uphold compliance standards while leveraging technology to streamline debt recovery processes1. Responsible for contacting customers with overdue balances, sending payment reminders, and negotiating payment plans. 2. Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing disputes, address payment inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships. 3. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, track collection efforts, and provide regular updates to management on collection performance.

Are you a MATCH?

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy
2. 5+ years in similar function. Experience in related roles a multinational company is desirable. Experience in Global Business Services Center is a plus
3. Languages: Basic Portuguese and English required
