PAY Customer Experience Trainee

Responsibilities
* To oversee Audit processes, validating documents, uploading them into the Share Point and being responsible of weekly calls with Customer Service team.
* Artwork Homologation; Act as main contact with artwork champion for customer card designs.
* Responsible for PDM and Conecta creation/ revision/ rejection/ approval of Ucodes and OIs.
* In charge of brand submissions approval and follow-up.
* Manage the Perso reports between Thales, Valid and customers.
* Support internal organization for specific reports requirements.
* In charge of any other administrative tasks depending on local specificities.

Qualifications & Experience
* Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).

Position Requirements
* Argentinian citizenship or work permit.
* Hybrid role, office based in Buenos Aires.
