Your Role

* The Product Manager N&I North Cone HC will develop and implement marketing strategies and programs for the Company's Neuroimmunology portfolio, ensuring sales and profitability objectives are met.

* Manage the overall budget for assigned brands, defining investments and trade-offs based on strategic priorities, while ensuring detailed control over these investments.

* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medical, access, and commercial, to achieve brand objectives.

* Ensure that the sales force and all brand support functions implement actions in line with the defined strategy and communication narrative.

* Leverage available channels for customer communication, including multichannel and omnichannel plans.

* Ensure compliance with commercial objectives, including sales, investment budget, and brand profitability, while communicating agreed positioning messages.

* Lead a multidisciplinary brand team to support existing businesses and launch future products. Oversee the Brand Plan process for the upcoming year.

Who You Are

* You hold a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or health-related fields, preferably with an MBA.

* You have prior experience as a Product Manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company, preferably in Colombia, with mandatory experience in leading product launches.

* You possess over 5 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, showing commercial leadership in marketing and sales.

* Your understanding of Colombian health systems and market dynamics is complemented by effective communication and negotiation skills.

* You can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of collaboration and team management. Proficiency in English is essential.

* Additionally, you must have experience in the same therapeutic area or in related specialties (oncology, rare diseases,...)
