Since 1976, L'OCCITANE has been creating essential oil treatments and natural fragrances, dedicated to beauty and well-being. Today, the L'OCCITANE Group is present in more than 900 countries with more than 3000 points of sale worldwide and develops and distributes eight natural cosmetics brands: L'Occitane in Provence, Melvita, Erborian, L'Occitane in Brazil, LimeLife, Elemis, Sol de Janeiro, and Grown Alchemist.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the Digital and eCommerce Coordinator will support the growth of L'Occitane Australia by contributing to the delivery of the eCommerce strategy with regard to campaign execution, reporting, promotional set up, merchandising and website optimization and technical trouble shooting on the Australian and New Zealand websites.

This role includes establishing and evolving digital marketing processes, working with cross functional internal departments to deliver on commercial goals, resolve technical issues and working with digital tools to uncover insights and optimization opportunities.

Your analytical mindset, detail driven approach, commercial acumen and dedication to excellent customer experiences will be key to your success.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the management and implementation of campaign activities and initiatives according to the digital marketing commercial plan
* Be a champion of best-in-class brand aligned digital experiences, monitoring key website metrics and performance
* Monitor daily stock performance, merchandising where required
* Lead timely bug management and the creation of tickets
* Ongoing site optimisation based on learnings, feedback and initiatives from the global team
* Manage the on-site products to ensure currency and availability
* Use data and reporting to recommend new approaches and evidence-based decision making
* Assist in measuring the commercial performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools
* Develop reports and share monthly insights with the wider team to develop optimisation plans
* Assist in preparation of reports and presentations

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

SKILL/ ABILIITES - COMPETENCIES

* 1-2 years' experience working in a similar role, media or digital agency experience preferable
* GA4 experience preferred
* Knowledge of various digital media and programmatic platforms
* Experience in the beauty industry ideal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Understanding of workflows and using tools to track and manage campaign delivery
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* AB Tasty and Content Square experience desirable
