Are you an ambitious student with exceptional academic achievements and substantial experience in Finance? Join our team at Mars and leverage your expertise to gain advanced, hands-on exposure that will propel your long-term career in Finance.

What You'll Do:
* Support Key Account Managers during budget reviews
* Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and digital tools
* Assist in cross-functional planning and decision-making processes (especially DMR)
* Conduct variance analyses and performance tracking
* Deliver insights through financial reporting and data analysis

What You Bring:
* Studies in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
* First practical experience in a finance-related environment (ideally in controlling or business partnering)
* Strong skills in Excel and working with data
* Fluent in English, German (min. B2)
* Analytical, proactive, and self-driven
* Detail-focused and comfortable with technical and routine tasks
