ZEISS Vienna is regional headquarter for Austria and Southeast Europe (SEE) and focuses on the sales and service of high-quality optical solutions in the medical technology, microscopy, and vision care markets. We are currently looking for a communicative, flexible and proactive person to join our Finance Team.

As Finance Specialist (m/f/x) Austria, Southeast Europe ...
you will be responsible for selected countries for
* accounting (monitoring provisions, accruals, fixed asset accounting, inventory, etc.)
* taxes (reconciling journal entries with taxes, coordinating tax returns for the countries in cooperation with external suppliers, etc.)
* half-year closing activities (information, coordination & monitoring)
* annual closing activities (information, coordination & monitoring, local tax calculation according to IFRS, participation in annual audits)
* monthly closing activities (coordination, contact with shared service centers, etc.)

* contribute to transfer pricing
* maintain statistics
* manage SLAs
* actively participate in internal projects and process improvements

* completed commercial high school diploma and first experience in a similar role
* a very good understanding of business processes and an affinity for process and system optimization
* numbers are your passion
* reliability, accuracy and teamwork are among your strenghts
* joy in communication in German and English
* yery good MS-Office and SAP-skills

Annual gross salary starting at approximately EUR60.000 (full-time). However, your compensation will be based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience. We also offer a bonus scheme and an attractive fringe benefits package.
