Job Requirements

Die Product Engineering Teams von TE Connectivity optimieren bestehende Produkte auf Basis von Informationen aus Marketing, Kundendaten, Operations, Entwicklungsingenieuren oder anderen internen Stakeholdern. Sie betreuen bestehende Produkte, Prozesse und Spezifikationen - einschließlich Anpassungen für neue Anwendungen in Übereinstimmung mit Fertigungstechniken und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen. Außerdem initiieren und implementieren sie Programme zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualität und Kosten unter Einhaltung der Kundenanforderungen. Zudem unterstützen sie Produkterweiterungen bestehender Plattformen, um spezifische Kundenanforderungen zu erfüllen. Sie sind die zentralen Produktexperten für ihre jeweiligen Verantwortungsbereiche bei TE.

Anforderungen und Qualifikationen:

Grundanforderungen:
* Erfahrung in der 3D-Konstruktion mechanischer Komponenten (Stanz- und Spritzgussteile)
* Routine im Umgang mit Creo als Standard-CAD-System
* Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit in englischer Sprache
* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie starkes Problemlösungs- und Fehlersuchvermögen

Zusätzliche Anforderungen:
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Windchill-basierten Datenbanken für CAD-Datenmanagement
* Fähigkeit zur funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und klaren technischen Kommunikation
* Erfahrung in Produktions- oder Fertigungsumgebungen
* Erfahrung in mittelgroßen Produktionsstrukturen oder globalen Fertigungsorganisationen
AUSBILDUNG
* HTL-Abschluss in Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Fachgebiet ODER vergleichbare Ausbildung

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation EUR 3.190 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach persönlicher Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung möglich.
