IN A NUTSHELL
As a Producer for Red Bull TV, you'll focus on crafting high-quality shows and formats drawn from Red Bull's global archive and sports & culture universe. Partnering closely with editors, VFX designers, and production companies, you'll bring new concepts to life that power our global FAST channels, Shared Viewing environments, and Red Bull TV experiences.
Working within our international Owned Media setup, you'll play a key role in reshaping Red Bull's presence across retail spaces, gyms, point-of-sale locations, and major streaming partners such as Samsung TV Plus, DAZN, LG Channels, and VIDAA.

CONTENT CREATION & EXECUTION
In this role you'll develop fresh, contemporary ideas informed by the needs of our internal teams and local country teams, as well as the evolving global media landscape. You'll shape new formats and adapt existing content for FAST and Shared Viewing audiences. You'll transform Red Bull's archive into high-impact programming, oversee post-production workflows with editors, VFX teams, and vendors, and collaborate closely with analytics partners to refine commissioning strategies and performance insights. Throughout every project, you'll ensure all output meets global programming standards while responding to the requirements of our local Red Bull teams around the world.

COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
You'll work closely with internal teams across post-production, global content production (Live & Networks), and analytics, as well as with external production companies, editors, and creators.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
*
3+ years of 16:9 content production experience (long-form or YouTube), ideally with exposure to FAST, YouTube, and/or out-of-home media.
*
Strong understanding of Red Bull's sports and culture paired with passion for audience behavior and the rapidly evolving media landscape
*
Solid knowledge of storytelling best practices across formats (YouTube, FAST, VOD) combined with curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas.
*
Experience building and implementing content and production workflows, including vendor and budget management in partnership with production leads.
*
Ability to interpret and apply media analytics, with a proven track record of data-driven content optimization.
*
Team player mentality with excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
