As a Field Services Planner, located in Ukkel, Brussels, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of service interventions at customer sites. You'll manage scheduling, resource allocation, and communication to guarantee timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. #LI-JB10

What You'll Do

* Plan and schedule interventions for Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and subcontractors, balancing customer requirements, material availability, and workforce optimization.
* Prioritize work orders based on customer type (VIP, strategic), SLAs, and resource constraints.
* Optimize scheduling to maximize FSR utilization, minimize travel and idle time, and combine interventions when possible.
* Communicate proactively with customers and FSRs to confirm details, safety requirements, and site access.
* Monitor execution and adjust schedules as needed, ensuring data accuracy and supporting FSRs remotely.
* Collaborate with teams in regular meetings to improve processes and anticipate capacity needs.

Your Background

* Associate degree or equivalent experience (1-2 years).
* Fluent in French & Dutch, English is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience in Customer Care or technical support preferred.
* Quick learner, self-starter, and comfortable with public speaking.
