Responsibilities:

* Gathering and analyzing requirements from both internal and external clients.

* Designing various reports and dashboards utilizing standard tools such as Power BI, MSSQL, SSIS, among others.

* Conducting risk analysis, identifying trends and variances, and correlating business metrics with financial data.

* Developing predictive models and anomaly detection systems.

* Contributing to the definition and enhancement of the KPI and statistics framework.

* Establishing BI & Data Analytics standards within the organization.

Profil

Your Profile :

* A Master's degree in IT, Data Science, Telecom, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

* Fluency in French and English is required; Luxembourgish would be a plus.

* Proficiency in Power BI/Platform, SQL, Excel, ETL tools (SSIS), and database modeling.

* A strong interest in data analysis and statistics.

* A keenness for new and emerging technologies, including AI.

* Background knowledge in telecommunications and/or financial analysis is advantageous.

* A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

* Resilience in stress management and availability to meet service needs.

* The ability to learn and work independently when necessary.
