The mission of the perfect Copain:

As an ambassador of our brand, you will ensure the smooth running of the boutique and deliver an exceptional customer experience by:
* Welcoming every customer with care, attention, and product expertise
* Leading, training, and motivating the sales team with both high standards and kindness
* Ensuring the consistent quality of product presentation and merchandising
* Monitoring performance indicators: sales revenue, average basket size, and customer satisfaction
* Managing schedules, inventory, and deliveries
* Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
* Working closely with the production lab and management team to maintain consistency across the offering

Profil recherché

To be our perfect Copain:
* You have experience managing a retail location, ideally in a premium food, fashion, or specialized retail environment
* You are detail-oriented, organized, and hold yourself to high standards
* You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
* You know how to lead a team, help it grow, and foster a strong customer-focused culture
* An interest in nutrition, healthy eating, or gluten-free products is a real plus
* You are comfortable working in professional English (yes, we have a large international clientele!)
* You are confident using management tools (POS systems, ordering systems, reporting tools)
* Can you make a heart in milk foam
