Job Description:

* Manage procurement of materials and services in line with company standards and timelines.

* Support in the development of the regional supplier base, ensuring compliance with global purchasing guidelines.

* Assist in negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers, aiming for competitive pricing and favorable terms.

* Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and support relationship management.

* Contribute to the implementation of purchasing strategies that enhance cost-efficiency and mitigate supply risks.

* Assist in the preparation and analysis of purchasing data and KPIs to improve process performance.

* Participate in sourcing processes, including RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.

* Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Skills:

* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.

* Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the purchasing function.

Software Knowledge:

* MS Office (Excel + Power Point Mandatory)

* Familiarity with procurement tools and SAP.

Experience:

* Experience with negotiation with Stakeholders

* Previous experience in purchasing sector

Education:

* Bachelor's degree completed in engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, Engineering, others)

Languages:

* Mandatory Advanced English

* Desirable: Spanish.

Work type:

* Hybrid (4x1).

* NBA - São Paulo, SP or Resende, RJ.

Travel:

* Travel is required for this position.
