Product Sales Specialist - Cisco ThousandEyes (Brazil)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid). Candidates must be based in São Paulo; other locations will not be considered.

We're looking for a Brazil Territory Product Sales Specialist to drive new business and expansion across Enterprise, Public Sector, and Commercial accounts.

This is an individual contributor role with a direct revenue quota. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and partner tightly with Cisco account teams and the channel ecosystem to land and expand ThousandEyes in Brazil.
Travel within Brazil (and occasional international travel for events) is expected.

What you'll do:

* Own pipeline creation and revenue delivery for the Brazil territory (new logo + expansion).
* Lead value-based, consultative selling: uncover pain, build a compelling business case, and drive urgency to shorten decision cycles.
* Engage and build credibility with CIOs, IT/Network leaders, Security leaders, and LOB executives.
* Expand ThousandEyes into new business units and use cases, increasing footprint and adoption.
* Orchestrate the full deal team: Cisco AEs, Sales Engineering, Channel, Customer Success, and Services/Delivery.
* Run high-impact customer interactions: discovery workshops, executive presentations, demos, and negotiation through close.
* Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, close plans, and forecasts in Salesforce.

What we're looking for:

* Proven quota-carrying track record in enterprise field sales (SaaS and/or networking/security/observability strongly preferred).
* Strong experience managing a geographic territory and building pipeline in a complex, matrixed environment.
* Demonstrated success selling innovation/change (not just renewals) by expanding customer vision and aligning multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes (ROI, risk reduction, productivity, resiliency).
* Experience working with partners/channels and co-selling motions.
* 3+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience consistently exceeding targets.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Language requirement: Portuguese and English are required (business proficiency). Spanish is a plus but not required.
