Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Category Finance Coordinator will act as the CFO for KeroCoco and Toddynho businesses, from the construction of SBP/AOP (Strategy business plan / Annual operation plan) to controlling/ monitoring monthly performance, while developing and implementing strategies that improve: top line performance, cost efficiency, business effectiveness, synergies across PBF functions (Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations). This position is the finance business partner for marketing organization.
Your Impact
* Lead an integrated financial planning process KeroCoco and Toddynho categories with clear communication and alignment to anchor accountability across the organization.
* Partnership with marketing team and sales finance team to deeply understand performance and needs, influencing decision making. Take/ influence decisions aligned with brands' overall strategy, revenue management strategy, Smart Pricing, Mix/ Portfolio Management and cost efficiency/ productivity.
* Lead Financial analysis of business cases (i.e.: capacity, innovations launch and monitoring, A&M and D&A investments, SOM plans, etc.) assuring project integrity/ alignment with all stakeholders involved.
* Focus on unified topline analysis correlating both short/long term and internal/external data.
* Analyze performance with a broad/ holistic approach (understand market, consumer, internal factors, channels, regions, competitors, etc.).
* Support the development and implementation of process improvements to the finance function to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and quality of output.
* Lead power point presentations and charts development for senior executive storytelling
* Support PepsiCo´s finance team in overseeing financial performance and strategic goals for QUAKER and KERO COCO category thru:
* Extensive data reconciliation and maintenance of detailed financial models.
* Consolidation of the category´s P&L for ACT and Planning processes.
* Collaborate with distinct departments to prepare and consolidate budgets by aligning outcomes and developing templates to easily capture data.
* Develop KPIs to simplify understanding of the business.
* Use scenarios and sensitivity analysis to forecast outcomes.
* Anticipate potential deviations vs. PY, Forecast and AOP and generate useful insights to properly manage the situation.
* Understand causes of variation and provide executive diagnosis.
* Deep dive on root causes of variation by partnering with several stakeholders.
* Prepare presentations to Senior Leaders (OU and LatAm) and Finance Team.
* Ad-hoc business performance reporting and presentations.
* Support and influence decision making by providing stakeholder with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
Qualifications
