Join Amazon's Consumer Electronics Retail team and help shape the pricing strategy behind some of the most exciting tech products on the planet. As a Program Manager for Pricing, you will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and cross-functional influence - driving decisions that directly impact customer experience and business performance at scale.
What's involved in this role? It's fair to say that no two days are alike - so this position suits someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving. You'll be working to:
- Define and execute pricing strategies across CE categories to drive competitiveness
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to recommend timely pricing adjustments
- Track and report key metrics to leadership from scoping through execution, managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with vendor manager, account managers and central pricing teams to drive automation and scalability of pricing processes through tooling and workflow improvements
- Ensure pricing compliance with internal policies, global and regional guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
