Job Purpose

Responsible for controlling process flows within the Internal Logistics area, in accordance with established procedures and requirements related to receiving, warehousing, picking, and internal distribution/shipping within Manufacturing areas (Plant Operations), ensuring that logistics procedures and processes are followed and that deliveries to internal and external customers are properly executed.

Job Description

* Lead the dispatch process of large-scale equipment, interacting with the Logistics and Projects teams to meet the defined schedule.
* Lead invoicing and export preparation processes for stock materials, collaborating with Procurement, Planning, and Projects teams across sister plants, in order to provide support, resolve issues, and suggest improvements in export processes and related activities within the scope of Manufacturing Logistics.
* Supervise operations involving large-scale equipment (cranes, truck-mounted cranes, heavy-duty vehicles) in storage yards through active management of service providers involved in the operation, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely.
* Ensure that cycle count records for materials and equipment are properly completed and that information is readily available for audits, inspections, and internal and external verifications, in order to comply with the inventory schedule established by the Finance department.
* Support and follow up on internal audits.
* Supervise the inventory disposal process (scrap), ensuring proper inventory movements (both physical and system).
* Coordinate the management of consumable materials for painting/coating (paints, solvents, degreasers, oils, grease, etc.), ensuring planning and control through MRP, order tracking, receiving, inspection, storage, shelf-life control, inventory issuance, and delivery of requested items directly to production and assembly consumption points.

You are meant for this job if:

* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
* Intermediate and/or advanced English proficiency.
