We are looking for a strategic, creative Product Manager to own and scale the Instant Messaging (ex: WhatsApp) Marketing product in Brazil. You will partner with tech and product teams to define the marketing roadmap for those products, drive feature adoption, shape the customer experience, and grow Instant Messaging into one of our highest-performing engagement touchpoints. Additionally, you will provide strategic direction for our broader Outbound Marketing programs (Email and Push), ensuring a cohesive lifecycle approach across channels. This role requires someone who combines product thinking with analytical or marketing expertise, thrives in ambiguity, and can influence technical partners to unlock marketing growth at scale.

Key job responsibilities
Instant Messaging (IM) Marketing Product Ownership:
- Define and own the IM Marketing product strategy end-to-end: vision, roadmap, KPIs, and investment priorities.
- Partner with IM tech and product teams to shape platform capabilities that unlock marketing use cases.
- Drive product growth (reach, engagement, conversion) by identifying high-impact use cases and designing creative customer journeys.
- Lead experimentation at scale: design test frameworks, prioritize A/B tests across message formats, segmentation, and content types, and translate learnings into scalable playbooks.
- Build compelling business cases to influence the tech roadmap toward marketing-driven capabilities and integrations.
- Own the product performance narrative with leadership: benchmarks, reporting cadences, and P&L accountability.

Outbound Marketing (Email & Push Notification):
- Provide strategic direction for Email and Push programs: personalization, automation, and lifecycle trigger optimization.
- Identify cross-channel synergies and ensure consistent customer experience across all outbound touchpoints

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)
- Experience with in app messaging and mobile marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, LeanPlum, Swrve, Adobe, Localytics etc.)
