How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsável pela gestão comercial estratégica de uma região geográfica definida, atuando na prospecção, negociação e manutenção de clientes nos segmentos industrial e medicinal. Foca na expansão da carteira e na maximização do retorno sobre ativos (cilindros e tanques) sob supervisão direta.

* Gestão de Carteira e Expansão: Realizar a manutenção e o desenvolvimento da carteira de clientes atual, além de prospectar novas contas estrategicamente na região designada.
* Negociação Comercial: Elaborar propostas técnicas e comerciais, conduzindo negociações para o fechamento de negócios que garantam o atingimento das metas contratuais.
* Otimização de Ativos: Reforçar e ampliar os investimentos dos clientes em infraestrutura da empresa, garantindo a utilização eficiente de recursos como cilindros, tanques e instalações.
* Atuação Multissetorial: Atender demandas específicas dos segmentos industrial, medicinal, adaptando a abordagem comercial às necessidades de cada setor.
* Desenvolvimento Técnico-Comercial: Aplicar a formação técnica de base para entender os processos dos clientes, participando ativamente de treinamentos internos para especialização no mercado de gases do ar.
* Monitoramento de Resultados: Reportar o desempenho das vendas, o status das negociações e o crescimento da região diretamente à Gerência ou Coordenação da filial.
* Fidelização de Clientes: Zelar pelo relacionamento de longo prazo, garantindo que os serviços ofertados estejam alinhados às expectativas dos clientes e aos padrões de qualidade da companhia.
