Position Overview
The Junior Product Analyst - Brazil is responsible for providing technical and operational support for PC-related products within the Lenovo IDG portfolio. This role focuses on supporting internal sales teams and product operations by delivering accurate product information, managing data within Lenovo systems, and assisting with technical inquiries related to PC products. The position requires hands-on technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales and product workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for PC-related products within the Lenovo IDG portfolio, with a focus on internal sales and product operations.
* Support sales teams and internal stakeholders by responding to product-related technical questions and requests.
* Manage, analyze, and maintain product data using Lenovo internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Assist in troubleshooting technical or data-related issues that may impact sales processes or product operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Product Management to improve efficiency and product performance.
* Support day-to-day product operational activities, including documentation, reporting, and system updates.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product data management and internal processes.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or in progress).
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PC hardware, components, and related technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with data and systems, ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Good English skills, being able to communicate
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a product, sales support, or technical support role (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
* Familiarity with product lifecycle management or sales operations processes.
* Experience working with internal enterprise systems and reporting tools.
Work Environment
This is ahybrid position, requiringthree (3) days per week onsiteat the São Paulo or Indaiatuba office andtwo (2) days per week working from home.
