Position Summary...
Responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of building equipment (Shrink wrappers, automatic freezer doors, HVAC units, UPS, lighting, garbage compacting equipment, fire doors, emergency generator, fire alarm systems, MHE, overhead doors, dock plates, trailer restrains, racking, garbage handling equipment, etc. Train new and existing tradesmen as well as apprentice

What you'll do...

RED SEAL Millwright / Electrical Ticket Required

Schedule: 7 Days On 7 Days Off
Tuesday - Monday
6:00AM - 6:00PM

1. Exhibit desired behaviors that support Walmart Logistics values
2. Providing front line training to team members which may include :
o Facilitation of class bases training programs
o On the job support in various activities within areas of responsibilities
o Completion of observations assessments
3. Primary responsibilities will be the repair and preventative maintenance of building equipment including : shrink wrappers, automatic freezer doors, HVAC units, UPS, lighting, garbage compacting equipment, fire doors, emergency generator, fire alarm systems etc.
4. Support CMMS and associated Maintenance processes
5. Blueprint interpretation, including; electrical, mechanical, and structural.
6. Commitment to promoting Health and Safety in a team environment
7. Understand and effectively follow all procedures, policies including those established by the equipment manufacturer
8. Performance of all duties in accordance with Provincial laws, training and company procedures
9. Strong knowledge of lock out/tag out procedures

The rate of pay for this position starts from $50.60/hr.
