Retail Expansion Coordinator
Direct Reporting Line: Sr. Manager Real Estate
Location: Colombia
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Administer Retail Development Projects in the Region in an efficient manner and co-ordinate deliverables and process steps with involved parties, according to the Retail & Franchise Development processes to ensure timely store openings and cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the real estate process regarding feasibility studies for new store openings or relocations
* Manage insurance requirements related to rent-lease agreements
* Assure the supplier / vendor creation process
* Maintain an updated database of leased properties
* Ensure accurate communication with landlords and / or property managers
* Coordinate with internal teams terms related to payments, lease conditions and maintenance of the leased properties
* Assist in planning brief forms prior to construction execution
* Analyze quotations of the store project of the countries including civil work
* Manage and align with teams the design process of the stores
* Place the furniture, fittings and accessories orders with the different suppliers of the store project
* Place and co-ordinate the orders of VM/In-store communication support material of the stores jointly with the country organizations
* Calculate display capacity of the stores
* Track shipment and payments
* Follow up with involved parties within the Retail Development process
* Act as a business contact for suppliers-customer service global and for Store Implementation Managers/ Retail Directors/ Logistics and all the departments involved in each country
* Follow up of the inventory and forecast
* Analysis of the Retail Development KPIs and CAPEX execution
* Lead, assure and control the maintenance process with third parties for stores including the OPEX execution
* Place and coordinate the orders of maintenance and track payments
Requirements:
* Architect or related fields (e.g., Civil Engineering, Design, Construction Management)
* Experience: 2-3 years in project coordination, construction, retail development, or similar roles.
* Advanced English (Spoken and Written)
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Ideally familiar with 3D modeling or design software
