Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis
Overview
The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) oversees the company's Legal, Government Affairs and Policy, Franchise, Corporate Security, and Community and Belonging departments.
The Analyst, Finance Business Partner, oversees various financial processes and initiatives, while also handling and fulfilling corporate reporting and planning obligations.
Role
* Assists with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across the CAO organization
* Supports month-end financial close processes, prepares financial analyses, and communicates results to stakeholders
* Monitors CAO expenses, analyzes variances against budget and forecast, and helps identify risks and opportunities
* Proactively investigates and resolves financial questions and issues as they arise
* Contributes to the automation and streamlining of FP&A processes
* Supports ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and inquiries as needed
All About You
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field; familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Experience with financial tools such as Hyperion, Oracle, and Excel
* Strong analytical skills, ability to build models and conduct predictive analytics, and willingness to share insights and challenge assumptions
* Experience with process improvement; able to recommend enhancements to procedures
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
