You ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision, provide support materials and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements.

How you will contribute

You will:
* Engage brand & category teams on appropriate channel requirements and relevant timelines
* Understand and develop with marketing the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer
* Understand the key drivers of purchase be responsible for the development of account/channel specific POS materials
* Track, post-evaluate and report activity versus plan of all activity in customers and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development

El Shopper Marketing Specialist liderar la definición e implementación de los lineamientos de ejecución de las estrategias de marketing en el punto de venta, asegurando que las iniciativas se traduzcan en experiencias relevantes para el shopper que impulsen conversión, crecimiento de categoría y consistencia en todos los canales (TT y MT).

What you need to know about this position:
* Traducir estrategias de marketing en lineamientos claros de ejecución en PDV.
* Asegurar coherencia entre key visuals, materiales POP y experiencia en tienda.
* Diseñar e implementar activaciones, promociones y visibilidad.
* Definir estándares de ejecución (planometría, exhibiciones).
* Analizar insights de shopper y convertirlos en acciones.
* Articular Marketing, Ventas, Trade y CatMan.
* Medir impacto y optimizar iniciativas.

Job specific requirements:
* 3-5 años en Shopper Marketing / Trade / CatMan.
* Experiencia en consumo masivo (FMCG).
* Experiencia en canales moderno y tradicional.
* Profesional en carreras administrativas, y afines.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, e influencia.
* Capacidad analítica, y pensamiento estratégico.
