YOUR ROLE:

As a Sell-Out Specialist for the Istria and Kvarner region, you are the primary driver of growth for our brands Vichy, La Roche-Posay, and CeraVe within the pharmacy channel. You will be the face of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in the North Adriatic, building long-term partnerships with pharmacists to ensure our products are always the first choice for their patients. You will be responsible for:

* Implementing consultative selling techniques and provideing expert product knowledge to pharmacy staff.
* Ensuring that pharmacists and technicians are fully equipped to recommend the right L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty solutions based on specific skin concerns.
* Implementing brand planograms and ensuring that all new launches receive maximum exposure.
* Being responsible for the installation and maintenance of POS materials (reglettes, glorifiers, displays, and testers) to ensure a premium consumer experience.
* Executing the daily routing plan with high discipline, ensuring the correct frequency of visits to all pharmacies within the Istria and Kvarner territory as aligned with the cycle strategy.
* Monitoring and taking full ownership of the Sell-Out (SO) targets for your assigned territory.
* Identifying underperforming pharmacies and implementing localized action steps (such as mini-events or targeted staff incentives) to drive performance.
* Regularly updating and maintaining the pharmacy database for your region. Categorizing pharmacies based on their volume, growth potential, and strategic importance to optimize your time and resource allocation.
* Mastering and consistently using the internal CRM and reporting tools to log visits, track shelf space vs. competition, and report on cycle KPIs daily.
* Working closely with Medical Representatives (who visit dermatologists) and the Marketing team to ensure that medical recommendations and marketing campaigns are effectively translated into sales at the pharmacy level.
* Acting as a true ambassador for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, ensuring that brand guidelines are strictly followed and that the "Health is the Future of Beauty" values are reflected in every interaction.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

* Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions
* Has excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills
* Has excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Has strong teamwork and networking skills
* Is familiar with MS Office
* Works with responsibility and autonomy
* Fluent in Croatian and English language
* Has a valid driving license and is an active driver
