Customer Experience Manifest Focal

We are looking for a candidate for a temporary position of 1 year, with possibility for extension.

Our Manifest Team is currently looking after the import and export manifests for all our colleagues covering all vessel going in and out of Denmark.

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to enter a team of 4 other members, with the dedication to get seamless operation of Vessels in and out of Denmark by providing internal and external cooperation in accordance with deadline and customs regulation. The team does not generate any customs papers themselves, but are verifying and checking, that everything is correct before we can allow entry or exit of containers across Danish borders.

Since this is an interim position, we appreciate all qualifications and experience, and value a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role. We are looking for below qualities, which will be beneficial but not a must:
* Knowledgeable of the supply chain and/or logistics
* Knowledge of customs clearances for import and export by land and sea
* Beneficial if you have basic customs knowledge
* Skilled in Excel
* Fluent in Danish and English
* Able to find and correct errors and eager to streamline processes
* Being a team player and having a positive mindset
