As a Category Analytics & Insights Manager in our Off Premise department, driving impact with the category team and the sales teams is the core at what you do. You will combine analytical thinking and commercial understanding to develop category strategies and enable smarter decision-making across our Retail and Impulse customers.

You will be reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing & Category Management but also have a lot of direct interaction with the Commercial Director and the rest of the leadership team.RESPONSIBILITIES

Category strategy & development

* Develop and execute category plans for Retail & Impulse customers, aligned with business objectives, shopper needs, and positioning Red Bull as category leader.

Insights & analytics

* Translate market trends, sales performance, and shopper insights into actionable recommendations on products, pricing, and promotions for KAM and Field Sales.
* Own key reporting deliverables (Category Updates, Distribution Reviews, Customer Scorecards).
* Lead pricing strategy and evaluate promotions to ensure premium affordability.

Space & execution excellence

* Track category performance and recommend planogram and space optimizations to drive visibility and growth.
* Use Perfect Store data to generate actions that improve distribution, chilled availability, and in-store execution in alignment with marketing.

Customer engagement

* Deliver impactful category presentations and lead customer activations and joint projects with key retail partners.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

Strong expertise in working with market data (e.g. Nielsen) and advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a strong advantage

A genuine passion for data, analytics, and uncovering insights - you enjoy working with data and see it as a key driver of business decisions

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable recommendations

Commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking

Proven ability to translate insights into tangible actions and results

Excellent storytelling and presentation skills - you make data engaging and persuasive

Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills

Education: Relevant higher education
*
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
