The Role

* Liderazgo de Equipo: Dirigir, coordinar y mentorizar al equipo de Cloud Advisors que acompaña a los países en sus iniciativas de migración y modernización tecnológica.

* Estrategia y Arquitectura Cloud: Definir y gobernar la adopción cloud, estableciendo las bases de arquitectura fundacional (Landing Zones), diseñando marcos de trabajo para la modernización de aplicaciones y guiando estrategias de migración complejas (como escenarios de VMware Exit hacia infraestructuras nativas).

* Estrategia e Impulso de IA Agéntica: Guiar a las unidades de negocio en la identificación de casos de uso, diseño e implementación de arquitecturas basadas en agentes autónomos de IA, promoviendo flujos de trabajo inteligentes que optimicen y se integren con los sistemas transaccionales y de datos en la nube.

* Cumplimiento Normativo y Gobernanza Cloud/IA: Actuar como el líder y punto focal para el "Soporte y Cumplimiento de la Normativa Cloud" del cliente estratégico. Asegurar que el despliegue de infraestructuras, modelos y agentes de IA se ejecuten acorde a los estándares de seguridad, resiliencia, privacidad de datos y principios Well-Architected.

* Acompañamiento Estratégico y Técnico: Liderar la ejecución de workshops de inmersión con las entidades para movilizar a los equipos, validar arquitecturas propuestas, consolidar el inventario inicial y explorar oportunidades conjuntas de automatización avanzada y optimización cloud.

* Soporte en Adquisiciones y FinOps Integral: Actuar como un brazo extensor en los procesos de compras, financiación y licencias, aportando inteligencia de mercado para evaluar proveedores y gestionar la optimización de costes, tanto del consumo tradicional de infraestructura cloud como del uso de LLMs y plataformas de agentes.

Who You Are

* Dominio en Arquitectura Cloud y Multi-Cloud: Experiencia sólida, con enfoque técnico y práctico (hands-on), en infraestructuras tradicionales y un conocimiento profundo en el diseño, despliegue y migración hacia plataformas hyperscalers. Se requiere estar en posesión de certificaciones oficiales de arquitectura o especialidad.

* Automatización e Infraestructura como Código (IaC): Experiencia avanzada en la definición de infraestructuras mediante código (como Terraform) y aplicación de principios de Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) para garantizar la escalabilidad y consistencia de los entornos.

* Conocimiento en IA Agéntica y Generativa: Experiencia en el ecosistema de IA, abarcando la integración de modelos de lenguaje (LLMs), arquitecturas de agentes autónomos y el uso de servicios nativos de inteligencia artificial dentro de los proveedores cloud.

* Liderazgo de equipos: Capacidad demostrada para gestionar, capacitar y motivar equipos técnicos de asesoramiento y arquitectura de alto rendimiento.

* Gestión de stakeholders: Habilidad excepcional para dirigir sesiones de trabajo estratégicas, traduciendo requerimientos técnicos complejos a lenguaje de negocio para directivos, así como guiando a equipos de ingeniería en distintos países.

* Compras y Licenciamiento Cloud: Conocimiento experto en procesos de compras empresariales y licenciamiento en entornos de hyperscalers, comprendiendo los modelos de facturación por consumo, instancias reservadas y nuevos modelos de pago por uso de IA.
