We are looking for a new colleague to join INDITEX as a CX Manager - ZARA in Bratislava, Avion.

What will be your responsibilities?

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.
- Set the tone on the shop floor through a positive, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Welcome customers and support the team in providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, sales performance, and service standards to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Adapt team priorities and actions based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Promote strong product knowledge, sustainability awareness, and brand values across the team.
- Build customer loyalty by ensuring every interaction is meaningful and memorable.

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in a management role within a retail environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner-you will interact with people every day.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility while also being an effective team player.
- A genuine passion for customer experience and working with people.
- Good knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and afternoon shifts.
