Summary
Sales role advising and selling brand products at a retail point of sale to achieve store sales targets while delivering high level customer service. The position supports merchandising, inventory monitoring and store operations and reports to the Retail Area Manager.
Responsibilities
* Sell brand products and provide a high level customer service throughout the sales experience.
* Increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
* Identify understand and address customer needs.
* Monitor competitor activity including promotions and launches.
* Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
* Track store performance against KPI targets and achieve weekly monthly sales goals.
* Support merchandising maintenance and inventory according to corporate guidelines.
* Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
* Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks such as reports and orders.Requirements
* Secondary education in beauty or equivalent; vocational training or university degree preferred.
* Experience in retail or service industry ideally in luxury perfumery beauty or fashion.
* English language level minimum B2.
* Customer orientation and result driven mindset.
* Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
