What will you do?

Implantación y mantenimiento de SAP

* Participar en proyectos de implantación, rollout y mejora de los módulos SAP FI/CO en distintos países y unidades de negocio.

* Configurar, parametrizar y optimizar los procesos financieros dentro del sistema SAP.

* Detectar necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en soluciones funcionales dentro del sistema.

Soporte funcional y mejora continua

* Proporcionar soporte funcional a los usuarios de Finanzas (contabilidad, controlling, tesorería, impuestos).

* Analizar incidencias, proponer soluciones y coordinar su resolución con equipos técnicos.

* Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos financieros.

Gestión de procesos financieros

* Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de procesos clave como contabilidad general, cuentas a pagar/cobrar, activos fijos, cierres contables y controlling.

* Revisar y garantizar la integridad de la información financiera en el sistema.

* Colaborar en los procesos de cierre mensual, reporting y auditorías internas/externas.

Coordinación internacional

* Trabajar con equipos financieros de distintos países, asegurando la armonización de procesos y el cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales.

* Participar en proyectos de integración de nuevas adquisiciones o aperturas hoteleras en el sistema SAP.

Documentación y formación

* Elaborar documentación funcional y manuales de usuario.

* Impartir formación a usuarios clave y apoyar en la adopción de nuevas herramientas o procesos.

What are we looking for?

* Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o similar.

* Certificación en SAP FI/CO.

* Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años como Consultor/a SAP en módulos financieros (FI/CO).

* Experiencia en implantaciones, rollouts o soporte evolutivo de SAP.

* Valorable experiencia en sector hotelero, turismo o compañías multinacionales.

* Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.

* Orientación a cliente interno y mejora continua.

* Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de interlocución con áreas financieras y técnicas.

* Capacidad para trabajar en entornos multinacionales y dinámicos.

* Organización, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
