Cluster Partner MENAT & SSA

Purpose:

- Set up and maintain proper Stakeholder Management towards regional Management

- Translates impact of global intiatives into smaller, digestable pieces that resonate with country clusters

- uses data storytelling to share process insights, trends, issues and successes

- identifies areas for improvements based on country cluster feedback and data analytics- Is active member of global S2P community

- look for continuous improvement in collaboration with Procurement community to improve user experience

Scope (global, regional or local):

Regional

Key Tasks:

-Serves as the primary point of contact for CFOs and senior stakeholders within 2 country clusters, representing Source to Pay and Procurement.

- Understands and nurturs strategic relationships with regional management

- Provide clusters and countries insights for S2P Operations and Procurement Areas based on data analytics and user feedback. Contribute to enhancement of data analytics tools.

- Deliver a comprehensive view of process changes, trends, and issues, and propose proactive mitigation measures tailored to market needs- Recognizes and translates complex realities and requirements within 2 clusters into actionable and scalable solutions

- Connects business inquiries and take up management escalation for proper solution within the Procurement operation model.

- Coordinates towards country (-group) clarifications, business inquiries or escalations, review and report results to create action plans and deliver solutions to stakeholders and users according to the Procurement operational model

- Ensures close collaboration with Country Partners and Procurements PAs to look for synergies

- Champion a stakeholder-centric approach in all initiatives to enhance user experience and satisfaction

- Procurement representatives (Procurement Area)

Skills & Qualifications:

- Studies of Economics with several years of experience in this area

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills in English

- Coordination skills- Very good analytical skills (data analytics and proven usage of digital tools), passion for innovation

- Passionate to obtain positive business user experience- user-centric and customer-centric mindset- Proactive attitude to drive process changes and improvements, proven ability to work under pressure, resilience to manage conflicts with high sence of urgency, ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment
