How to perform active listening and organizational empathy to understand and anticipate organizational obstacles that are slowing the organizational delivery.
Learn our great change management framework: problem-fit, solution fit and deployment of the solution.
Manage change management to ensure all stakeholders are heard and actively participate to ensure its success.
Learn how to ensure transformational changes are within the change cycle of the bank and aligned with the strategy and mindset
