Job Description :.
Mission
* Own the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of all compensation data globally
* Position data as the single source of truth for compensation decisions
* Drive advanced analytics to support executive decision-making, pay equity, and workforce strategy
* Lead the transformation of Compensation & Benefits into a data-driven, insight-led function

Key Responsibilities
1. Global Data Ownership & Integrity
* Act as global owner of compensation data quality across all systems and geographies
* Define, implement, and enforce data governance frameworks (standards, controls, audit protocols)
* Ensure alignment between compensation data, job architecture, grading, and organisational structure
* Lead resolution of complex data issues across HRIS, payroll, finance, and external providers
* Ensure full audit readiness and traceability of all compensation data

2. Advanced Analytics & Strategic Insights
* Lead deep analytics on compensation, including:
* Pay equity, pay gaps, and regulatory compliance
* Salary positioning, compression, and outliers
* Workforce cost modelling and optimisation
* Develop predictive models (e.g. pay evolution, retention risk linked to compensation)
* Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders
* Challenge assumptions and move the function from reporting → diagnosis → prediction

3. Executive Reporting & Data Visualization
* Design and own global compensation dashboards and analytics frameworks
* Deliver clear, concise, decision-ready outputs for leadership and governance bodies
* Ensure all reporting meets highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency
* Lead automation of reporting for:
* Annual compensation reviews
* Bonus cycles
* Pay transparency and regulatory reporting

4. Systems, Data Architecture & Integration
* Act as functional owner of compensation data architecture (HRIS + analytics layer)
* Partner with HRIS, IT, and Finance to design scalable data models and integrations
* Define data structures supporting analytics, reporting, and future AI use cases
* Ensure consistency across all compensation-related systems and datasets

5. Process Transformation & Automation
* Redesign compensation processes through automation and standardisation
* Eliminate manual interventions and reduce operational risk
* Build scalable frameworks for global compensation cycles (merit, bonus, LTIP)
* Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and speed

6. Governance, Risk & Compliance
* Lead compensation data readiness for:
* Pay transparency regulations
* Internal audits
* External regulatory reporting
* Identify and proactively mitigate compensation risks (equity gaps, inconsistencies, anomalies)
* Define governance KPIs and monitor compliance across markets

Requirements
Technical Skills
* Advanced Excel + strong expertise in complex data manipulation
* Proven experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of data modelling, databases, SQL (Python is a strong plus)
* Deep understanding of HRIS systems (Workday or equivalent)
* Expertise in data governance, data quality frameworks, and audit processes

Analytical Capabilities
* Strong expertise in statistical analysis and modelling
* Ability to build predictive and scenario-based models
* Strong business acumen to translate analytics into decisions and actions

Leadership & Influence
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven narratives
* Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just analysis
* Ability to challenge and redefine existing practices

Soft Skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking
* Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
* Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset

Experience & Education
* 5-8 years in compensation analytics, HR analytics, consulting, or finance
* Proven experience managing complex, multi-source datasets at scale
* Experience in international environments with regulatory complexity
* Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field
