The place…
Located in the Gothic Quarter, opposite Port Vell, the House has a private Club for our Members. The Health Club offers innovative options for taking care of our bodies and minds. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant.
Main Duties
* Bringfood/drinkquickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members.
* Maintainaspotless, pristine work environment
* Providesserviceto and is accountable for an assigned section.
* Developrelationshipswith members in order to provide personalized service.
* Polishingcutleryensuring they are ready for service.
* Preparinganyadditions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc)
* Performopeningand closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations.
* Maintainaspotless and pristine working environment.
* Attendingregular trainingswith front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.
* Wipingdowntables after members have left resetting the restaurant so we can welcome reservations and accommodate walk ins.
* Resolvemembercomplaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
* Takeactionin all matters related to safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of employees and members.
* Assuretheproper handling of VIPs and PWKs, protecting their privacy and confidentiality.
* Supportingtheteam with any of their needs on an ad-hoc basis.
* Learnthetable plan and table numbers of your site.
