Your Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager Spain for the Nature's Variety team, who will report to the Global Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing Nature's Variety in Spain, constantly identifying opportunities for growth and owning the brand's strategy and plans execution.

What you will do

● Market analysis and brand monitoring: monthly analysis of the competitive landscape and of the brand performance to proactively identify growth opportunities

●  Brand Performance Tracking: monitor and analyze brand performance metrics adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve business goals

●  Definition of the annual brand plans for Nature's Variety in Spain based on the brand's strategy and objectives: including media & communication strategy and consumer promotion activities in order to boost the brand's awareness and sales

●  Manage Marketing & Promotional budget ensuring efficient resources allocation to deliver results and to ensure a healthy P&L

●  Implement and follow up communication & media strategy together with media team to ensure an effective brand impact in all customer journey

●  Support in Global Innovation projects and their execution in the country of scope 

●Cross-Functional collaboration: build strong, trusted relationships with other departments (sales development, sales, NPD, regulatory…) to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints

What we are looking for

 Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or similar

*
Proven experience in a Brand Management position, ideally with more than 5 years in a related or equivalent position

*
Digital Marketing knowledge: experience managing digital campaigns and digital marketing tools, platforms and metrics.

*
Ability to analyze and interpret performance data and make recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the marketing activities

*
Fluent in English and Spanish

*
Strong project management and organizational skills, proving experience of working and delivering multiple projects.

Leadership, influencing & communication skills
