Overview A Commerce & Retail Media Specialist is responsible for ensuring best-in-class product content and supporting retail media activation across Amazon and key retailers for our multi-market setup. The role combines PDP and content optimization with hands-on involvement in retail media advertising, ensuring strong alignment between content, visibility, and performance across the digital shelf. The role focuses on optimization of PDPs, brand consistency, discoverability, local content accuracy, and retail media execution to drive conversion and retail performance. Responsibilities Auditing product content and PDPs across platforms. Ensuring content consistency, localization, and SEO best practices are recommended. Working with content teams to recommend optimizations. Monitoring KPIs related to visibility, compliance, brand guidelines, and media performance. Supporting content syndication tools and retailer-specific platforms. Activation and reporting retail media campaigns, including platforms such as Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP. Ensuring strong alignment between retail media campaigns and on-site content for unified messaging. Collaborating closely with creative, media, and data leads to maximize impact across the digital shelf. Qualifications Experience: 2-3 years in eCommerce content, digital merchandising, or retail media activation. Fluent in English (B2+) will be assessed during the interview by the Talent Team. Knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, PDP optimization, and sponsored advertising basics. Detail-oriented with strong written, analytical, and visual communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with content tools like Profitero, Shallion. Understanding of digital shelf KPIs, retail media metrics, and eRetail strategy. Familiarity with A+ content, SEO principles, retail readiness audits, and Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP). Additional information Why join us? Requerimientos del candidato/a:
