Join the founding team of our unique Concept Store in Marbella, bringing together the elegance of Maison Michel and the precious craftsmanship of Goossens. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of the client experience.
Main Missions
Sales Excellence
* Master sales techniques and inspire colleagues.
* Offer inspiring and creative advice to clients.
* Achieve set sales and performance targets (KPIs).
Client Experience
* Be a storyteller and personal stylist for clients.
* Inspire customers and deliver expected services and communication.
* Develop the customer database.
* Manage after-sales service.
Business Development
* Know best/slow sellers and identify missed opportunities.
* Analyze figures and KPIs to improve business; be familiar with daily reports.
* Identify customer profiles and anticipate their needs.
* Share insights and learnings with the Boutique Manager.
