The Packing & Shipping Clerk 1 performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support duties and computational tasks.

Location: This is an onsite role. 9843 Windisch Rd. West Chester Township, OH 45069

Shift: Sunday through Thursday 5:30pm - 2:00am

Pay: Includes stacked shift differentials:
* +12% (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
* +15% (12:01 AM - 2:00 AM)
* +5% additional on weekends

Earn a $1,000 sign- on bonus: 50% payable at hire and 50% payable at 180 days.

The Packing & Shipping Clerk 1:
* Is responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and products.
* Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
* Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.
* Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.

Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing. The Packing & Shipping Clerk 1 works under close supervision within established policies, practices, and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be flexible, friendly, engaging, and proactive
* Work ethic that is focused, accurate and highly productive.
* Self-directed, versatile and also able to work well in a group.
* Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* Packing and shipping experience in a mail order or similar facility
* Previous pharmacy experience

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$39,000 - $49,400 per year
