Whether it's arranging a private chef or nanny, securing a vintage car, or privatising a museum, we bring your holiday vision to life.

This position is a 39h contract per week - to be filled for a duration of 6 months, starting from 5th of October 2026.
🎯 Rôle :
As a member of the Pre-Arrival team, you play a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist's clients prior to their arrival. You will craft the best itineraries to ensure an unforgettable on-site experience. With the support of the local team, you are responsible for sourcing, negotiating and contracting the best suppliers that match Le Collectionist's standards.
✨Responsibilities:
Client management and support
* Accompany our clients in the organisation of their stay by proposing high-quality services and experiences
* Provide quotes for services and experiences
* Issue client itineraries
* Ensure handover and follow-up by local teams
Consolidation and development of the local partner network
* Manage existing partner relationships across several destinations
* Enrich the network of partners and experience offers in existing destinations
* Update and produce catalogues presenting services and experiences in French and English
* Support the marketing team in updating destination guides with new restaurants and points of interest
Administrative
* Edit and update all suppliers and rates in the tool
* Edit quotes and invoices in the tool
* Edit itineraries in the tool
* Develop communication materials (catalogues)
Accounting
* Tracking payments from clients and vendors
* Closing client accounts at the end of their stay

⚠️ Working Hours and Specific Requirements: Our on-site presence and industry standards require working on Saturdays and Sundays (hotel-industry model), particularly during the high season. Work is organized on a rotating basis with the rest of the on-site team, and overtime hours can be taken as time off in lieu

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Required skills & experience:
* Sensitive to client satisfaction and loyalty, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships easily
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
* 1 to 2 years of professional experience
* Genuine interest in the luxury sector and willingness to work with event logistics
* Strong commercial sense and genuine interest in sales
* Rigorous and able to prioritise effectively
* Versatile, creative, responsive, efficient, empathetic and proactive
* Strong team player
