Description du poste

Consumer Risk Assistant

* Support the ongoing development of management information (MI) that monitors credit risk within FCE's lending portfolios.
* Conduct standardised point-to-point variance analysis that can describe risk movements within lending portfolios by causal factor, including borrower behaviour and macro-economic and other market indices
* Identify emerging credit risks through regular and insightful analysis of credit risk performance data, allied to external horizon scanning
* Analysis of credit risk metrics covering risk appetite, key risk indicators and key performance indicators
* Support the monthly Consumer Credit Assessment Committee meeting. Meeting to analyze real business issues and obtain effective and pro-active Consumer Risk Management.
* Collaborate with first-line operational areas involved in credit risk management to deliver efficient and effective processes for credit risk management including proposing changes to underwriting and collections strategies as needed to strengthen the portfolio.
* Support assurance activity on the lending portfolios and implementation of credit policy, procedures, and guidance
* Assure compliance with both internal Procedures and external Regulation.
* Support the accuracy and timely submission of the Local Monthly Delinquency Report, Delinquency Trend and Monthly Frauds Report to Central Office.

Profil recherché

* Experience underwriting private individuals, sole traders, and partnerships.
* Experience underwriting incorporated companies.
* Experience supporting Credit Committees
* Experience assessing external market risks and their impact on Credit Risk
* Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, creating and leveraging strong relationships both internally and externally and bringing gravitas to any negotiations.
* Possess an analytical and data driven mindset to identify, analyse and resolve business challenges.
* Possess strong communication skills, enabling effective interfacing with senior leaders, Board members and global stakeholders.
* Experience working to design procedures to improve organisational effectiveness
