We are interested in speaking with Directors with experience in the delivery of Data Centres.

Role Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity to join our thriving Cost Management team, a friendly, professional and dynamic group.

The successful candidate will have experience in performing as part of a wider dedicated consultancy team delivering commercial projects. They will have a track record of delivering, leading and inspiring high-performance teams to realise successful outcomes. The team is fast-paced, with an enviable client-list and with an increasing workload; there is opportunity for progression and further career development.

You will need to demonstrate relevant and recent experience with appropriately sized projects as well as the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and your team. You will also be encouraged to support colleagues in various technical and knowledge management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a technical and experience-based QS/CM background. They will have a solid understanding of the numerous design standards and be able to communicate advice appropriately and effectively. MRICS achievement is preferred but not necessarily mandatory for the right individual.

As expected of a modern team you would be provided with the latest IT equipment, remote working capability, personal and professional development, continued innovation of new products and software to continuously improve and enhance our service.

What this job involves
* A track record of delivering appropriately sized projects for clients
* Development of a high-performance culture and team around you
* Work with clients, design teams and contractors to optimise solutions
* Delivery of all pre and post contract services on projects, small and large
* Ability to assess and understand design proposals and advise on associated risk
* Ability to advise clients and stakeholders on procurement & contract strategy
* Undertake data collection to support benchmarking and knowledge management
* Experience of delivering high quality services from inception to completion
* Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
* Very good communication skills
* Flexible and have the ability to work to deadlines
* Willing to integrate into a dynamic, engaged and supportive team
