We are looking for a Content Project Specialist !
Content Project Specialist
At Salomon, content is a key driver of our global brand growth and marketing performance. To support our Brand & Marketing acceleration, we are looking for a Content Project Specialist to strengthen our Content Team and help scale our Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem.
This role will act as a strategic lever in our content roadmap, ensuring efficient management of the DAM platform while coordinating content projects across teams and markets. The position will contribute to improving the visibility, accessibility, and performance tracking of our digital assets, supporting a more data-driven approach to marketing and content operations.
Your Mission
Within the Content Team, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Content & DAM Manager to coordinate and support our content initiatives and the continuous development of our DAM ecosystem that supports global teams and ensures premium brand content management.
Your role will ensure that all our content is premium quality and delivered on time, that digital assets are efficiently managed, easily accessible, and effectively leveraged by teams worldwide. By strengthening our DAM strategy and analytics capabilities, you will help improve how we track asset usage, measure content performance, and optimize content ROI across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Project Coordination
* Coordinate content-related projects across global teams and markets.
* Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
* Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing, creative, e-commerce, SEO and digital teams.
* Support the implementation of content processes and best practices.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Product Information Management (PIM)
* Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of content available in the DAM.
* Maintain metadata standards, taxonomy structures, and asset governance processes.
* Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Brand, E-commerce, Product, and Creative teams to understand asset requirements and support business needs.
* Train teams on DAM best practices and system usage.
* Contribute to documentation, user guidelines, and governance materials to support DAM adoption and best practices.
* Support localization in the implementation of PIM translations, including integration with the Phrase localization platform.
DAM Strategy & Analytics
* Contribute to the development of our DAM strategy and roadmap.
* Strengthen DAM analytics capabilities to monitor asset usage and performance.
* Support reporting on content engagement and asset ROI.
* Help foster a data-driven culture across marketing and content operations.
* Conduct DAM assessment study & analysis, gather user feedback and implement improvements.
Stakeholder Support
* Act as a key contact for internal & external teams using the DAM platform.
* Support all queries from all DAM users (worldwide) in accessing and distributing content efficiently.
* Gather feedback from users and contribute to continuous platform improvements.

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in content management, marketing operations, DAM/PIM management, digital project coordination.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with interest in content performance and data.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Strong French & English written and verbal communication skills.
Skills & Competencies
* Attention to detail and structured approaches to tasks.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable working with large volumes of digital content.
* Knowledge of digital systems, workflows, CMS, metadata, taxonomy, or content management systems are a plus.
* Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such as Aprimo, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, or Brandfolder is a plus.
* Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms such as Salsify, Akeneo, Pimcore, or similar systems in a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign) is a plus.
