A Day in the Life

Au sein de l'IT Recherche & Innovation (R&I), vous rejoindrez l'équipe Performance Center Data Integration pour accompagner la transformation digitale de nos métiers. En tant que Tech Product Owner, vous serez au cœur de la stratégie IT et piloterez un domaine clé : Evaluation Intelligence
Concrètement, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
* Gérer le paysage applicatif : En collaboration avec le Product Owner, vous piloterez les évolutions et les développements d'un produit composé d'applications développées en interne et de solutions du marché (SaaS).
* Piloter les équipes de développement : Vous orchestrerez les équipes de Build et de Support dans un environnement agile à l'échelle, en assurant la qualité et la vélocité des livrables.
* Définir la vision technique : Vous construirez la roadmap d'évolutions du produit, en arbitrant entre les enjeux métiers, la rationalisation du legacy et la mutualisation de nouveaux services.
* Construire une architecture robuste : En lien avec l'équipe Architecture, vous contribuerez à l'évolution de la plateforme technologique sur notre environnement Cloud (Azure) pour accélérer la découverte scientifique grâce à l'IA.
* Mener une veille technologique : Vous resterez à la pointe de l'innovation en réalisant des Proofs of Concept (POC) sur des technologies émergentes pour répondre aux cas d'usage métiers.

We Are Looking For

Nous recherchons un leader technique avec une solide expérience (environ 10 ans) capable de naviguer dans un environnement complexe et international. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir :
* Une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets Tech internationaux, notamment dans le déploiement de solutions SaaS avec une forte composante d'intégration.
* Des compétences solides en développement d'applications web/cloud Azure et une connaissance approfondie des architectures Cloud, ainsi que des frameworks de développement (Angular, NodeJS).
* Une maîtrise des pratiques DevOps (GitHub, Azure DevOps) et de la méthodologie Agile.
* Une capacité à piloter des équipes de développement et à challenger les demandes métiers pour maximiser la valeur produit tout en assurant la pérennité technique.
* Une excellente communication, une capacité à vulgariser des sujets complexes et la maîtrise de l'anglais. La connaissance de la plateforme Salesforce serait un plus.
