* Identify risks, dependencies, and "bottlenecks" before they reach the publication.
* Coordinate the implementation of changes coming from upstream projects to ensure minimal disruption to the teams.

* Manage the end-to-end relationship with third-party (vendors (technical data coming from outside Airbus - e.g. engine manufacturers) & subcontractors).
* Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and adherence to contractual obligations.
* Act as the escalation point for any issues involving external service providers.
4. Operational Coordination
* Streamline the flow of information between the two teams to ensure a unified voice to the outside world.
* Organize and lead cross-functional workshops or steering committees with internal and external partners.
5. Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Ownership
The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is a strategic framework that outlines procedures and safeguards to ensure a company can continue operations and recover quickly from potential threats or disasters.
* Organisation: A cross departments operational team must be created. This team will devise a plan to manage the disruption.
* In the case of crisis - Recovery plan: You will keep up-to-date steps to recover critical business functions.
