La Vallée Village est membre de « The Bicester Collection », groupe d'envergure internationale possédant 12 Villages en Europe, en Chine et un aux Etats-Unis.

Gérés par la société VALUE RETAIL, ces Villages sont des véritables destinations shopping et touristiques, toutes situées à 1h d'une grande métropole, et abritant les plus belles marques internationales de l'univers du LUXE et du LIFESTYLE.

En développant et en gérant les Villages de The Bicester Collection, Value Retail s'est établi comme étant la seule société à se consacrer à la création et à la gestion de Villages de shopping outlet de luxe.

Les Villages de la Collection, qui accueillent 1 000 boutiques outlet abritant de grandes marques internationales mode et lifestyle, proposent une expérience de shopping outlet de luxe inégalable pour les shoppeurs avisés, représentant désormais chacun une destination touristique à part entière.

You are expected deliver a personalized and elevated shopping experience to clients by offering expert styling advice, building strong relationships, and supporting the growth of the Personal Shopping service. The Personal Shopper operates within a structured, high-standard environment and is supported in their development.
You are not just selling fashion; you are crafting stories, building trust, and delivering joy through every detail.
What you will be doing
Client Development & Relationship Building
* Support the development of a personal client base by nurturing existing clients, introducing new ones, and leveraging referrals.
* Identify clienteling opportunities and actively animate their client portfolio.
* Communicate with clients using their preferred channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.) to maintain long-term loyalty.Styling & Product Expertise
* Offer personalized styling advice and introduce clients to new products and brands.
* Stay ahead of fashion trends and luxury industry developments.
* Attend brand trainings to continuously enhance product knowledge.
* Confidently suggest clothing and accessories that go beyond the client's usual choices.Client Appointment Preparation & Follow-up
* Prepare product selections tailored to each client's profile and needs.
* Assist in the coordination of appointments and ensure seamless logistics.
* Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles in the CRM system.
* Follow up after appointments with thank-you notes, or gifting ideas.Operational & Strategic Support
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., The Apartment, Partnership, Tourism, PR) to deliver an "Unreasonable Hospitality" experience.
* Provide regular feedback to the Personal Shopping Manager on client insights, product performance, and service quality.
* Suggest ideas for service improvement or client gifting initiatives throughout the year.
* Support the implementation of projects aligned with the Personal Shopping strategy.Performance & Reporting
* Be accountable for personal shopping targets and contribute to team objectives.
* Ensure all client activity is accurately recorded and reportable (quantitative and qualitative).Brand Representation
* Act as a brand ambassador both within and outside the village.
* Build respectful and collaborative relationships with colleagues and brand partners to promote the Personal Shopping service.Client Portfolio Management
* Collaborate with internal local & central teams (hospitality, retail, PR, partnership) to deliver seamless for BtoC, BtoB or brand awareness audience.
* Be one of the spokesperson for the department activations, brand events, and client-facing initiatives.

* First experience in retail, fashion, or client services
