Обязанности:

* Ensure effective and timely execution of Commercial Calendar
* Support and participate in development of DX activities with detailed mechanics description
* Effective launch of trade activities, including point of sales materials and presentation to sales team
* Support development of sales stories for new launches
* Organize execution of informational booklets for sales department and trade with information about upcoming DX activities
* Support and participate in development and organize execution of cross categories in-store standards based on Perfect Store strategy and business priorities:
* Support Development and Execution of channel Hero SKUs,
* Align channel specific set of Trade equipment to achieve execution standards
* Execute agreed planogram principles to achieve execution standards
* Support Sales and Marketing teams in field monitoring:
* Regular field visits to check PEP in-store execution and monitor competitive trade activities.
* Coordination of Trade Equipment installation process and POSM placement in trade with further control:
* Control Equipment installation vs strategy and plans;
* Participate in Definition of necessity of equipment and POSM
* Control of remaining equipment and POSM on warehouse with following reporting and action plans.
* Participate and support Development and deployment of new effective Trade Equipment for constantly improving PEPSICO brands position in retail. In the meantime ensure efficient purchase of all Trade equipment and promotional items
* Assist to control BTL activities - control of execution with following reporting.
* Align Brand and Sales plans, develop and execute DX calendar in Strategic Sales channels:
* Organize process of information sharing with Sales and Finance to make sure every program is effectively implemented
* Support Development of DX annual, quarterly and monthly Plans for 2 product categories (Snacks, Juices)
* Support and participate effective progress tracking of key DX programs to establish continuous improvement approach
* Support and participate in effective and timely input into IS&OP process to build effective sales plans
* Provide input and contribute to monthly PBR/DMR process
* Support DX AOP preparation including Perfect Store objectives, Equipment, Commercial calendars, budgets, programsТребования:

* Higher education
* 2+ year working experience in similar areas of responsibility
* Practical experience in providing analytics and reporting
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Fluent in Georgian, and English languages
* Advanced PC user (Excel, Power Point)
