What you will do:
* Play the role of the professional problem-solver for one of the most innovative tech companies
* Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to identify, analyze and resolve issues of a commercial or technical nature
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, offering expert advice on the use of a range of electronic devices and home appliances
* Follow up with a thorough needs' assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns

What you will bring:
* Fluency in Swedish
* Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
* An intense interest and knowledge in all aspects of tech is a prerequisite
* Work experience with a focus on technical support/troubleshooting will be considered an asset
* Highly developed communication skills
