Location: Athens, Greece
Role: French Customer Advisor - Athens (Hybrid)
Salary: EUR 1,050 p/m (paid 14x p/a) plus meal vouchers plus up to 10% performance bonus potential
Working Hrs: 40 hrs p/week, Rotational shifts between 06:00 - 22:00, Monday to Sunday
We are hiring French-speaking Customer Advisors for a leading European fintech company specialising in online payment solutions for freelancers and SMEs.

What You'll Do
* Handling customer queries via phone & email
* Providing support and solutions in a professional manner
* Building strong customer relationships
* Working towards team and individual targets
We are looking for candidates who have:

* Native level French
* Good level of English
* Strong communication skills
* Customer-focused mindset
* Ability to multitask and stay organised
