Brief Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Athens. This position is created to further strengthen and expand our Sales department's capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts in cooperation with the Group Key Account Manager. Furthermore, will also manage the Sales Field team for the accounts of responsibility. The main mission will be to support the development of sustainable business growth across all Barilla categories, focusing on value growth line with company's sales strategy.
Key Accountabilities
· Drive sales, profit and share growth across all customers in alignment with company's growth plans
· Support the preparation of annual agreements negotiations in accordance with company's guidelines and objectives. Contribute to the business plan.
· Ensure alignment with shopper and brand priorities, in cooperation with Trade Marketing, by executing and monitoring the annual business plan.
· Manage and coordinate the Sales Field team by setting up specific goals, to develop and monitor in store fundamentals features. Identify and seize in store growth opportunities to create value.
· Customer activities data analysis to support decision making and improve effectiveness.
· Market intelligence monitoring and reporting.
· Build long-term customer engagement and constructive relationships within assigned accounts, with a value creation approach.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Economics or related field, Engineering School, Finance, or relevant field. Master is considered as an asset
· 4+ years as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
· Strategic vision, ability to manage complex and multiple tasks.
· Project management skills, "can do" attitude and strive for excellence with ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines.
· Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communicational skills.
· Analytical & numerical skills.
· Fluent English and Greek.
