* Manage the media and connections plan for selected brands (Beverages and Snacks) in Benelux * Support Delivery of Strong Integrated Com's Plans, by playing a role of key link between brands teams & the local needs, providing expertise & support on Digital-related questions: Audiences, Media KPI's, Content Plans & Local Adaptations, 1P data, provide consultation on guidelines. Ensure strong collaboration between media plans & shopper/ecom plans * Ensure optimal operational implementation, execution and evaluation of our campaigns by leveraging agency, KBS media team and brand managers * Ensure implementation of best practices, learnings and media guidelines across all brands * Execute BU strategy and Test & Learn agenda , including 1P data gathering, media partner management, influencer marketing, personalization at scale,.... * Support the broader Media & Digital Capability agenda * Manage the Benelux media team intern * Min 4 days /week
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Min 5 years. experience with proven knowledge in Media * Understanding of media landscape and buying principles across traditional and digital channels * Digital activation expertise * Audience insight * Communication & negotiation skills * Clear communication and (project) management skills * Able to see the bigger picture and prioritise * Team player
